I followed Matt's repair video on how to replace the drain pump on a KitchenAid dishwasher. 30 minutes later we had the new drain pump installed. We did a test by putting a few quarts of water in the bottom before installing the dishwasher back into the kitchen cabinet. The hardest part was pulling the dishwasher out of the cabinet and reinstalling it because of the bulky insulation, and I had to raise the front legs to get a little extra wiggle room. Repair was successful.
