Put on a new belt. The old one wasn't broken, just had gotten out of track. Your video was a big help. Getting the belt on the pulley was difficult - but 3rd person who tried got it done. When putting the front panel back on, the frame clip would not go in properly, got bent and broke off. But the panel is staying in place with just one clip.
