I ordered a repair kit. Which was received super fast. The instructions and the video talked about adding a wire. Which was furnished in the kit. Doing what I was told gave me an extra wire. I called the help line and talked to Kathy.she was very polite but wasn't able to understand what was wrong. She transferred me to I believe Dean. We reviewed all the things I had done. After a long conversation we come to the conclusion that my dryer didn't need the jumper wire. What should have been a 10 minute project turn in to an afternoon long phone call. Bottom line my 22 year old dryer now works like new. Thanks to your two dedicated employees.
