Wow, so easy to fix...dryer would not start, using a multimeter I did verify power present at the dryer, doing a continuity check on the thermal fuse verified the fuse was faulty. Hardest part was finding the thermal fuse as the videos were for a different dryer type. Didn't have to remove the drum for my dryer as it was on top near the heating element (don't need to remove the heating element to check the fuse, just remove one wire. I did remove the heating element to replace the fuse). Took the dryer vent hose off and found a bird covered in lint, that must have been there for about 3 years (fixed the vent exhaust wire cover back then). If the fuse is the problem be sure to clean the entire vent hose system, not just at the dryer connection!
