I had an E09 error on my 4 yr old Bosch dishwasher. I wasn't able to follow the video provided due to a large plastic bottom plate on my particular model, I had to access the motor/heat assembly via the right side (facing) the dishwasher. After moving the electrical box up/out of the way, you can then get to the motor/heat assembly. Large hands made it more difficult than it needed to be, but was still fairly simple. The rest of the video guide was more than enough to swap out the part w/ very little effort. Actual part swapping took 5 minutes, most time was spent disconnecting hoses and getting the washer in/out of it's compartment.
