It was my second time replacing it, so I knew how. The part was here in less than 2 days. Took me longer to find time to put it in than it did to receive it. *couldn't find the right size screw bit at first* but hurdle jumped then just unplug wires, making sure they don't disappear back through the hole, and switch old with new. Make sure connection is tight so the wire doesn't come off as you push it back into the hole *yeah, it happened*, Fishing that wire back out is tricky if you lose it back into the hole. Screw in each side after element is in place. All done.
