Shopped online for a replacement element. Found many as much as 1/2 the price but only found this element from AppliancePartsPros.com labeled Genuine GE part. Ordered it and received it in about 6 days. Unplugged range. Removed the old part and installed the new part, cleaned range compartment and surrounding area. Tested it. It works. Everything took about 1 hour. We had pizza later that evening.
