Situation occurred on a Sunday (of course!). We live in a rural area and drove 30 minutes into town to go to both Lowe's & Sears (with element in hand). Both retailers informed us that they don't carry oven parts and referred us to their website. The only store that MIGHT be able to assist, was closed on Sunday. Went home and looked at both the recommended internet sites and couldn't easily navigate to make sure I was picking out the correct part (even with the appliance #'s). Did a google search and AppliancePartsPros.com came up. I clicked their live chat and the professional there quickly assisted me. He was awesome... ordered my part and it arrived within 48 hours. My husband quickly installed it, without difficulty. I highly recommend this company!
