A technician came out and interpreted the error code for me (freezer indicator was unchanged; fridge indicator was flashing at number 4). The issue was a broken damper. The technician was going to come back and install the new damper for about $350 (part + labor). Instead I bought the part from Appliance Parts Pros for $95. Thanks to the amazingly effective video that you guys have on the website I was able to switch out the part. The repair was relatively easy but had many steps and I wouldn't have had the confidence to do it without the video. I am extremely pleased that this worked out and grateful to the great resources you provided.
