After 2 appliance repair people came and misdiagnosed the problem, I went on YouTube and found a video with the same problem I was having. I ordered the heater, invited an unsuspecting friend over, poured him a glass of wine and said "now we're going to fix the dryer." It took us about an hour but it's fixed and instead of paying the appliance repair people $400, the part cost me $130 including shipping and the wine was about $14.00.
