Took it apart, removed the drum and then removed the heating element that is attached to the back housing. Upon inspection, I saw a break in the element. Replaced the element with housing. Put everything back together and was in business. The whole process took me about 2.5 hours. Oh, I did run to Home Depot for white lithium grease for the drum rotating socket. So it was really under two hours. Everything came off with a Phillip screwdriver.
