Our son-in-law came and put the new icemaker in. AND IT WORKS VERY WELL! We have had a lot of trouble with our Samsung refrigerator and since 2009 we have had people work on it. BUT I FORGOT TO SAVE THE PAPERS THAT SHOWED WE HAD PEOPLE WORK ON IT! We got the part from Appliance parts pros. So it works now. It is now freezing vegetables in that bin! Thank you for helping us.
