After reviewing the repair video online, I ordered a replacement ice maker assy. It arrived two days later. Using a nut driver and small blade screwdriver as shown in the video, I replaced the unit within 15 minutes. I had previously checked for good water presser and unplugged the refer during the operation. It is now making ice cubes!
