AppliancePartsPros.com walked me thru using their helpful videos. Started with a bad inlet valve, then a faulty filter holder, then had to replace the ice maker because the heater element was bad. Sounds bad but I am so pleased it now works great. The part that was acceptional was the shipping two of the parts came the next day and the other in two days.
