We followed the video directions which were more than helpful. We were walked through the entire process of removing the old lid latch assembly and installing the new assembly. It was easy to do after watching the video. We never would have done this without calling an appliance repair technician - but thanks to the video we were able remove the malfunctioning assembly and install the new one. The assembly was reasonably price and installing it ourselves saved us the cost of a service call.
