After finding a video on Youtube which described the same problem we had it was easy. Take the outer shell of the microwave off, read the parts list taped to its inside surface, order the parts from Appliance Parts Pros dot Com, wait a couple days, and put them in. A 300ish dollar microwave back up and running for 40 bucks. Because it is a built-in unit, the longest part of the whole project was getting it out and back in the wall.
