I ordered the replacement rollers and got the incorrect rollers. I called and talked to an associate and he was helpful in getting the correct rollers. I placed the order for the correct rollers at approximately 3:30 PM on the 6th and less than 24 hours later I received the correct rollers.
I'm extremely happy with the help I received. Now the lower rack rolls in and out of the dishwasher like it's suppose to.
