Turned off power to the oven from the breaker box. Unscrewed the 2 screws holding the heating element to the back oven wall. Disconnected the two electrical connectors and removed the non working heating element. Connected the two new connections pushed them back into the area with installation and screwed the plate holding it to the back oven wall. Turned on the electricity and the turned on the oven. It worked! Not bad for a 67 year old lady who is not that handy.
