Replacement thermostat went mostly as the how-to-video showed.
A minor difference detail, our 2011 model Whirlpool had a different disassembly
of the front control panel. After screws removed, slide the panel forward 1/2 inch
to disengage from a metal lip extending from the top edge.
Have been monitoring temperature hourly with two thermometers for a day
and fridge apparently is holding the temp within the desired range, 0/36.
Will continue to monitor for the next couple of days.
