Checked the parts with multimeter as instructed by your customer service videos and found the problem. I went on the website and order the parts needed to get the job done. My dryer is working again and with six adults in the home doing laundry, it was a blessing to get the knowledge watching your videos that I could DYI my own repairs. Your company has saved me a lot of time and money.
