Tried several fixes from internet. Used cushions to try and stop it. Smaller loads and even larger loads. I needed to replace the suspension rods holding the tub. The parts were easy to find on AppliancePartsPro.com and cost less than other sites. The parts arrived in about 3 days. Parts are in and washer seems to be working now. Site also had some repair videos which was nice.
