It took a while to figure out the error code due to the fact that what appeared on the machine did not "exactly" look like code in manual but once I figured out the proper code I was able to narrow it down to Thermistor. Quick Google search brought me to AppliancePartsPros.com and so glad to have found this site. A $6.95 part with a 15 minute detailed installation video gave me the confidence to try and repair on my own. I am pretty handy but hadn't attempted repair on this scale before. Video was spot on - every screw and every step was covered and then every step on how to put it back together. Amazing company. Had one professional come by and tell me he didn't know what the problem was and 2 other companies that serviced LG were 100 miles away which would have cost a fortune just to get them to the house. Hardest part was putting gasket back on washing machine drum but just took patience.
