I began to experience the "tE" error code intermittently for a while, wash cycle would stop with water left in the drum, then it wouldn't drain at all. Called LG for advice, they said the Thermistor need to be replaced. After finding the Appliance Parts Pro youtube video and seeing how easy it was to replace, I ordered one. It arrived in two days, followed the step by step instructions on the video and crossed my fingers. My wife is very pleased! Thanks for this video, it's one of the best instructional videos I've seen.
