I realized that the 2 parts for adjusting the height of the rack were breaking and weak. Ordered 2 new parts, based on my model #, watched the installation video. The new parts arrived next day, and was able to remove the old parts and replace them with the new in under 5 minutes! The video was crucial to the easy fix!
