The wheel/height adjustment parts on both sides of the front of the dishrack were worn and losing their ability to hold the rack when fully loaded. I just replaced the upper dishrack wheel assemblies and no more problem. I did notice that the design of the part had changed slightly from the original, and I do believe that it will be an improvement. The only trick to doing the job was removing the rack slide end caps, which might be difficult for a person with weak fingers.
