I checked, and cross-referenced to make sure that I was ordering the right part(s) because the one in the picture didn't look much like the one in our DW. I ordered the parts shown, and they arrived as promised, actually a little quicker.
So, being a "typical guy" I took everything out of the package, making sure that I put the instructions aside...who needs instructions?
Not being a complete dummy (don't ask my wife), I took a picture of the original parts as installed before I removed them. Long story short, and with some help from my bride, the installation is actually pretty intuitive...and I never did look at the instructions.
Bottom line? Easy fix that appears to be of a much better design and quality than the original.
