Removed the main board and inverter boards from the back of the dryer, Repair video was very helpful. Examined inverter board and tested fuse near the power terminals. Fuse was blown. The suspect failed transistors but was unable to confirm since the board is mounted in epoxy, Replaced the inverter card and the washer is back in service. Replacement is easy if you are careful about removing the wiring harness connectors to the main and inverter boards.
Also followed the video on YouTube to run the diagnostic codes and tests to verify the initial problem.
