I looked online for information, found common cause is the lid switch, I checked with appliance parts pro. Their site has a video showing how to change the switch (very helpful video). I ordered the switch from appliance part, received in 2 days, replaced the part in the washer in less than 45 min. The washer is working like new, saved a lot of money doing myself. I recommend Appliance Parts Pro to everybody!
