Jesse V Racine , WI September 07, 2014 The washing machine would not rinse or drain on regular cycle I'm a master auto technician so diagnosing the problem was not difficult. I removed the timer and took it apart. I found the contacts inside were burnt. I called locally for a part first and found it would have to be ordered at twice the cost of your site. I ordered the timer and it arrived in three days. The pictures on the site ensured me I was getting the correct part. The site is great and it was nice to actually be able to fix something rather than throw it away over an inexpensive repair. 4 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: Less than 15 minutes
