We’ve had water freezing in the bottom of our fridge a couple times. Also found ice in the bottom of the freezer. Turned off and drained. This time it did it again a week later. Finally located a water leak at the back of the water filter in the top right corner of our Kenmore fridge. Didn’t initially notice it due to groceries on the shelves. Shut the water off and ordered this part. Email indicated 6-8 day delivery time to Colorado but received it in 2 days. Followed the video on the website and had it replaced in less than 20 minutes. Turned the water back on and got a few drips which was concerning, but once the system pressurized a bit the drip stopped. Not a fan of the push and click water filters but this part fixed it. We bought the fridge new about 4.5 years ago. Highly recommend this company. Outstanding support and information to fix yourself.
