Replaced the drain tube as recommended. Your video was excellent. It is important to use your heat source to melt all the ice, though it isn’t all visible. The issue for me continued after replacing the drain tube, as I clearly hadn’t defrosted all the ice. Second time I spent close to an hour melting until there wasn’t the slightest vision of ice or water. Everything is working fine now.
