I emailed customer service and within an hour or two received a very cordial response apologizing for the mixup and asking for the model and serial numbers of my appliance. After sending this information, I received another very fast response that the correct part was being sent to me by a faster means. In a day or two it arrived and fits my appliance perfectly.
