Nicholas J Broken Arrow , OK February 28, 2020 Upper wash rack kept derailing had the same problem two years ago on the opposite side center hole of roller assembly appeared worn allowing rail to pop out of grove Two years ago replaced all four roller assemblies of affected side. Problem recently reoccured on the opposite side. Replaced all four roller assemblies on that side. Entire repair took about twenty minutes. Carolyn H Brush Prairie , WA September 28, 2020 My lower sprayer arm broke and the top rack stoppers broke I ordered 2 new stoppers for the top rack. These prevent the rack from pulling out too far and the whole rack falling. These were a little difficult to install just because of the awkward angle. Super easy really, just awkward. The lower spray arm was ridiculously easy to install. You literally just click in it place and it's good to go. We love in a rental and I think the sprayer arm wasn't working as it should the small time we've lived here. After replacing it the washer works so much better. Shipping was super fast too.
