Rachel M Wells , ME August 29, 2014 Appliance: Model THE MODEL NUMBER WAS ON THE UNIT Remote control was broken I own a rental cottage in Wells Maine and the remote control for the AC unit was broken. The unit is an older model and I was not sure if I would be able to find a replacement. I then searched the internet for a replacement and was lucky enough to find Appliance Parts Pro. They have a rep 24 hrs a day and all I had to do was give the model number and they found the remote. I received the new remote in two days shipped right to the cottage.
