Frigidaire 241657504 Refrigerator Upper Freezer Wire Shelf OEM Part

I bought a shelf but was unable to insert it. The shelf should have been added when the refrig was assembled. I called your company, spoke with Danielle and was given a 20% discount offer for all the part I needed to replace. The 20% discount from Frigidaire was much higher in price than parts ordered from AppliancePartsPros.com. I took my shelf to Home Depot and had an employee cut off a portion of one prong. I was then able to insert the shelf. I used a screwdriver to remove the plastic shelf inserts (which keep breaking) The breakage is the reason for the plastic drawers breaking because of falling when the support breaks. I am satisfied with Appliance Parts Pros.

Replaced

I ordered the shelf that was recommended. Too small. Checked with Customer Service and they confirmed it was the correct part. The part was refunded in FULL and they reordered a new part for me. Totally works. No problems with the return. WONDERFUL customer service. Will recommend to everyone.

I bought a new house and decided to keep the existing refrigerator and sell my new one from previous home as easiest decision, but found almost all the bins in refrigerator and freezer were damaged or broken. I also didn't have a good way to organize the freezer in a manner I liked. The cost of a new refrigerator that would fit the space was going to be several thousands. I decided instead, to replace the refrigerator and freezer bins and add a shelf for the freezer. It was super easy, everything fit perfectly, and I'm very happy with it now!
