John Michael G Redmond , WA January 18, 2016 Appliance: Model WM3360HWCA Washer would not turn on without reboot no error code/no display My specific issue was that my LG Washer model WM3360HWCA would not turn on (no display) unless I unplugged the washer and plugged it back in to "reboot" it. The washer would then successfully run for exactly one load and then need to be rebooted again. Not catastrophic but also not very convenient to use. Based on numerous postings in various forums, it was pretty clear that this washer has a somewhat common issue with this type if failure that is fixed by replacing one of two PCB assemblies. I started with the PCB Assembly Display (EBR60545904) as this is where most folks found a fix with the washer not working. This is also a much easier part to replace...probably 5-10 minutes once the washer was moved out enough to access the screws in the back. Unfortunately, this did not fix the problem. So I ordered the PCB Assembly Main (EBR64144920) which takes a bit longer to replace...perhaps 30 minutes all in due to more things to remove to access the board...but in the end, this was a perfect fix and now the washer works perfectly. All in all, AppliancePartsPros.com is the perfect place for the DIYer to purchase these parts because I was able to get the parts in a relatively short period of time and they have a refund policy for parts not needed for the repair. All parts shipped the day I ordered them. The total cost of the repair was less than the cost for someone to come take a look at the problem AND the price difference on the PCB boards was 25-30% less than what I was quoted from local appliance repair shops that also could have ordered the same parts for me (not including the service visit charge.) BTW, both parts had associated videos for how to replace that were very comprehensive and easy to follow...links that were shared by the support staff at APP.com (not sure if they own these videos or not).
