Jim November 18, 2016 for Model Number Gaggenau Double Oven EB 868-610 Lower oven door wants to act like it is locking and very hard to get it open. Sometimes it is just very difficult to open and other times it requires a major effort. Not a problem with upper oven. I have tried to study the parts blow up drawings but do not see a reason the door to be this way?
1 Answer Jim, This issue would most likely be caused by a faulty latch assembly which unfortunately is not showing on the parts diagram and would most likely be discontinued. Read More...
