Hello Bob, yes both of those part numbers refer to the same part. Unfortunately the manufacturer has discontinued this control and did not supply a suitable one take it's place. Sorry!

Hello Doug. Unplug the power to the unit. Remove the back panel cover inside the unit. Access the cold control. You will need to run the capillary tube on the new control in the same location as the old one. Install new part in reverse order of removing the old part from the unit.

Hello Karen. Make sure the door gasket is sealing good. The control is on the back wall. If it is frozen over, you have a defrost issue that will need to be repaired. Also, make sure the fan motor is running good in the unit.
