I have four questions. 1. Appliance is prompting me to change/clean filters. How do I deactivate the annoying buzzer reminder? 2. How do I get replace filters? Can you give me the part numbers for the replacement filters, including the Charcoal Filter. 3. Do these filters have to be replaced or can they just be cleaned with hot, soapy water? 4. Should the replacement be done by a professional?
1 Answer Linda, The filters will be part numbers W11230008 grease filter, and W11213882 charcoal filter. These are both located under the unit and the grease filter can be cleaned. The charcoal filter you will want to replace as it cannot be washed. Filter Reset: Reset the filter status after replacing and/or cleaning the filters. Stephen August 08, 2019 for Model Number KMHS120ESS0 I'm receiving a "F1E4 MW Power Relay" error on my Kitchenaid built in microwave. When it's plugged in the fan constantly runs and the air it's blowing out gets hot. I don't see any part in the schematics labeled relay. Any help would be appreciated!
