Walter June 17, 2013 for Model Number GE PSS26SGPA SS refrigerator Good Morning! I have a GE PSS26SGPA SS Refrigerator the Board Asm Temp Control Part Number: AP3203894 does not light up! I have replaced the actual board but still no lights on the display! I now believe that the wires that plug into the back of the display maybe faulty! is it possible for me to replace the wires that go from the main board to the back of this display? and if that's possible to do what is the part number and price of the wire harness! or any other ideas as to what could be wrong!! Thank You very much!! Walter
1 Answer Walter, If the wiring from the main control board to the display board are faulty then they cannot be replaced as the wiring is foamed into the cabinet insulation. The issue may indeed be the main control board rather than the wiring. You can test the wiring at the main control to make sure that power is being sent to the display board. If not then replace the board. You could also do a continuity test on the wires to make sure that they are good if you have a meter with long enough wires to check. Read More...

K Dean January 03, 2012 for Model Number RF386PXGO While cooking a roast our stove control panel went to cln-cool and locked the oven door. We couldn't change any controls or open the door. Unplugged the stove let cool for 30 min. Plugged back in the panel reset the time but the broiler comes on automatically and stays on can not shut off. Any idea as to what could be wrong?
1 Answer Hello K. Based on the information you provided, it sounds like the range control WP6610057 is bad and will need to be replaced. Hope this helps. Read More...
