The key you have listed may or may not work for your machine. The manufacturer recommends either of these vendors: H. GreenWald Company, 1340 Metropolitan Avenue, Brooklyn, New York 11237 or Equipment Systems Devices, 1401 Dreshertown Road, Dresher, Pa 19025.

Becca, the top access key would only be available as part of the cam replacement W11685800 while the coin box key would only be available as part of the box assembly W11190039.

Heather, unfortunately, the key is lock specific and the cam/lock assembly W11315637 would need to be replaced.

MJ, yes the 4396669/4396669 Key will "work for either of the Kenmore washer and dryer". This key is for the service door and is not for the coin box. The part is in stock and available at this time. Thanks,
