No, you do not stack a washer/dryer then install them on a pedestal, the dryer controls would be too high to reach, and in certain circumstances the vibration could be extreme. There are two pedestal kits for the model number you supplied, WHP1000SQ is a 10 inch tall, white pedestal and the WHP1500SQ is a 15 inch tall, white pedestal, you would need to order two of either pedestal(s).
