Hello Edwin, you'll want to verify that you have voltage coming in to your board on P1-1 and P1-2. You can also test to make sure the board is putting out the voltage on P1-2 to P1-4. If you have voltage coming in but none going out you'll need to replace board part number W11034366. Hope this helps!

Hello John. You model calls for W11034366 for the most recent one needed. As for the issue, test the defrost thermostat and heater to see if there is a defrost issue. The board is the timer.

Hello Dymond. It sounds like you may have a defrost problem with the unit. Check and see if there is any frost build up on the evaporator coils in the freezer. If so, you will need to test the defrost heater and the defrost thermostat. They should read closed for continuity when cold. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. I will include a link at the end to assist you how to use the multi-meter if needed. If both parts are good, you will need to replace the control board. Hello Dave. Remove the back access panel on the unit to access and replace the control board. You will see a metal cover with screws around it.
