This is a chainsaw starter pulley houses the starter rope for the chainsaw and supports the starter spring. When the rope is pulled, it will spin the flywheel to start the engine. The chainsaw starter pulley will wear down the longer it is used. The pulley might be damaged because of natural wear and tear or part of the pulley could be corroded, such as the spring. If the pulley is not functioning properly, it will be difficult or impossible to start the chainsaw. This authentic OEM chainsaw starter pulley is available as an individual replacement part. This replacement part works for many chainsaw models from Craftsman, Poulan, Poulan Pro, and Husqvarna. When purchasing replacement parts for the chainsaw, owners must make sure they are getting the correct parts for their make and model, and that they are using only OEM parts.
Anyone who has used a chainsaw knows how loud they are. This is because their engines are repeatedly producing small explosions of fuel and air. Manufacturers know just how loud this can be, so to help subdue their appliances roars, they usually add a muffler to their engines. This genuine OEM replacement chainsaw muffler collects most of the harmful elements that get expelled from the engine and slowly releases the remaining gas in a quieter, gentler way. Unfortunately, mufflers are often positioned in a way that makes them susceptible to damage. Bumps and knocks can dent the muffler, causing it not to work as effectively. If this happens, the chainsaw will perform noticeably louder. Replacing the muffler requires a screwdriver and socket wrench to access the exhaust system. Be sure not to loose any of the small parts, such as washers and screws, that hold the assembly in place. This part is compatible with both Craftsman and Husqvarna appliances and comes sourced from the original manufacturer. This part does not include any additional hardware.
