The Connector Hose is an OEM part for LG front-loading washing machines. It is a flexible vinyl tube that connects the water supply line to the individual water valves and nozzles inside the washer. As water flows through this hose during wash cycles, it must withstand pressure and thermal expansion/contraction.
Causes of a bad connector hose can include cracks, splits, or leaks developing from repeated bending and flexing over thousands of wash cycles. Mineral buildup or scale deposits inside the hose can also restrict water flow.
