This 8-inch replacement bar for pole pruners features solid and durable steel construction. It will make sure equipment cuts quickly and smoothly while delivering maximum efficiency. A worn guide bar would result in inaccurate and inefficient cutting and logging. A bar may worn-out if cutting takes longer than with a sharp chain. A replacement may also be needed when the bar shows narrow tails, when the inside rails are worn, and when the groove turns to a loose V shape. To extend the life of the bar, ensure that the chain stays oiled while in use and that the bar is flipped upside down each time the chain is sharpened.
