I replaced the ball and socket connection for the drum. After doing so, I realized that the belt had been stretched and the tension pulley was not putting enough tension on the belt to turn the drum. After ordering a new belt, extra screw that was lost while disassembling the dryer, and some high temperature lubricant for the drum ball and socket the dryer now runs as well as it did when it was new. I went online to find part number and look for replacement. Ended up looking at Appliance Parts Pro and after some comparison settle on them. Ordered part and had it the next day ... awesome. disassembled oven door, removed cracked glass, replaced it, reassembled door and returned door to oven. it all took a little less than an hour.
