When I purchased the Samsung dryer from Lowe's, the rack was not in the dryer. I talked to Lowes Mgr who at first said he would find. Watch some videos on disabling and isolating the problem. I wanted an OEM (original part lasted 12 years) part since I heard that others have had problems with 3rd party parts not lasting long.
