This switch is suitable for an 8" element with a wattage range of 2136 - 2640 watts. With a capacity of 8.9-11.0 amps and 240 volts, it allows you to adjust the burner temperature by regulating the electrical current to the burner element, ensuring precise cooking temperatures.
