Went on line, entered the model number and actually chatted with your competition who said it was the fan and I needed an electrician and he would be available for a $37.00 fee .I'm not a genius at repairing, but I knew it was a mechanical issue, so fortunately I found your company and the comment section told me how to get to the part and change it.
